El Castillo and La Secoya offer on-campus private fitness centers with a mix of cardio, free weights, stretching, and air-resistance, weight-training equipment. The purpose of the fitness center is to improve residents’ physical wellbeing, mobility, and independence. Physical fitness also reduces the risk of fall injuries and contributes to a better quality of life. The fitness center is staffed with coaches who are happy to assist each resident even after they are confident to run the program independently. In addition, El Castillo and La Secoya each offer a wide variety of exercise classes for both our independent and assisted living residents.
